How to remove your data from UNFYCHAT — for businesses using UNFYCHAT and for people who signed in with Facebook or Instagram.
Remove UNFYCHAT's access in Facebook or Instagram
- Facebook: open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find UNFYCHAT and select Remove.
- Instagram: open Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find UNFYCHAT and select Remove.
- When you remove UNFYCHAT, Meta notifies us. We delete the access tokens you granted and disconnect the related channels automatically.
- You will receive a confirmation code. You can check the status of your request on the deletion status page.
Disconnect a channel inside UNFYCHAT
- Workspace owners and administrators can open Channels and disconnect any channel at any time. Its access token is deleted.
Delete a workspace or a user account
- Write to support@unfychat.com from the e-mail address of the workspace owner (or of the account to be deleted).
- We confirm the request and tell you when the deletion is complete.
If you are a customer of a business that uses UNFYCHAT
- Your messages are handled on behalf of that business. Please contact the business first; we will help it with your request. You can also write to us at support@unfychat.com.
